Step 1: Pour buttermilk in a bowl and add Wanda's Creole Seasoning or You Jerk Rub.

Step 2: Stir to combine. 

Step 3:

  • Add your chicken and fully coat.
  • Cover.
  • Let it marinate in the fridge for 4-24 hours.
