Roli Roti Half Chicken is our take on how a half chicken should be prepared. We sous vide the Lemon Pepper Half Chicken with citrus-forward spices and other zesty seasonings in a vacuum sealed pouch, which allows the meat to be marinated as it is cooked all the way through! This ensures the chicken is perfectly cooked. The end result is a nutritious, ready to eat meal that is high in protein and low in fat!

Roli Roti's Half Chicken with Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Sous Vide, Fully Cooked, approx. 1.25 lbs 


Ingredients: Mary's Free Range Chicken (antibiotic free, non-GMO diet), Salt

Reheating Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Remove chicken from the packaging and place in an oven safe dish.
3. Pat skin dry with a paper towel. If desired, season with olive oil, pepper or herbs.
4. Place in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until skin is dark golden brown.

Note: Due to the sous vide cooking technique, portions of the chicken may appear pink even though it is fully cooked and ready to eat.
